Caboose

The Caboose was officially moved to the Station early in the summer of 2010.
 It is sitting beside the baggage building undergoing restoration .  When completed, the caboose may be moved to the side track. However this has yet to be decided.


Caboose Updates

July 2011
The outside of the cupola has been restored and painted on the west side.  Work on the inside will take place as restoration continues.

Spring/Summer 2011
The caboose has been completely closed on the west side.  Volunteers have painted the new cladding CNR Orange.

October 2010
Much progress has been made -- siding replaced, exterior painting underway, acquisition of wheels.  Outside work will resume in the spring of 2011.










 September 13, 2010 -
Progress continues.  Renovations to the Caboose are coming along but there is still a lot of work ahead
